Project consisted of the reconstruction of 1.0 mile of single-circuit 69kV transmission line from crossarm construction to line-post style construction assemblies. A three-phase distribution line was added to this transmission line section for Great Lakes Energy as a replacement for an aged underground circuit. Project was completed on a shortened time-table to maintain transmission line outage schedules. Project included a river crossing, CSX railroad crossing, and work in an MDOT right-of-way.
