Location: Grand Haven, Michigan
This project consisted of the relocation of sections of the street
lighting system along US-31 through the City of Grand Haven to
facilitate the widening and addition of left turn lanes by MDOT.
New conduit, conductors, handholes, and individual pole fusing was
installed on the relocated sections. The entire project was
completed within five months to allow road construction to be finished
prior to the summer travel season and all construction was completed
without a single lane closure. Design and construction was
completed to MDOT specifications.
